Q: Can I still change or cancel an order I have placed?
A: A completed and paid order can only be cancelled through us if we have not yet made the magnets. Please contact us as soon as possible after your order via the contact form and we will see what we can do for you.

Q: Do you also ship abroad?
A: Yes, we ship Heppie Orders to countries in Europe

Q: How much are my shipping costs?
A: This depends on where you live, but also how many sets you bought in connection with the weight of the magnets. The shipping costs are settled at checkout. Within the Netherlands you pay standard 4.25 for a letterbox package with a track and trace code.

Q: I am not satisfied with my magnets, what now?
A: At Heppie Moments we do our utmost to deliver high quality magnets that last a long time with normal use. If you are not satisfied, we ask you to contact us and we will try to find a solution.
